When you can't come to Church

In light of the latest government and Church of England advice, all worship services and church groups are suspended until further notice.

Here at St Andrew's we will be uploading readings, prayers and sermons week by week so that we can continue to pray and read God's word together: please keep watching this space.

To begin, do follow along, or catch up with Sunday at St Andrew's.

You might also like to follow a series of studies on CS Lewis, planned for the midweek Communion service.

Clergy and retired clergy will pray in their homes each day. We invite you to pray as well, at home.

On Sundays we encourage you all to have your own act of worship at the time of the service you normally attend (8 am, 10 am or 6.30 pm).

There are links to prayers that you can use at home on this page

Bishops Graham, Alan and Jonathan from Norwich, Thetford and Lynn have written a letter of hope  to everyone in the Diocese in the midst of COVID-19 fears.

Please remember

  • The Archbishops and Bishops of the Church of England have urged everyone to follow the instructions given by the Prime Minister to stay in their homes in a national effort to limit the transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
