At the start of 10 am service families join in the worship with everyone else. So please come forward and sit in the main body of the church, preferably near the front so that your children can see what is going on and take part fully.
On the first and third Sunday in term time, after about 10 minutes or so, children and young people (aged 3-11) go to the Church Hall for their own groups, led by a team of helpers.
We know – and understand – that children aren’t always still and quiet, so please don’t worry! If they need more space, there is a carpeted area as you come in with small chairs and toys for pre-school children and colouring sheets and puzzles for older ones.
At certain times of the year we also have services suitable for all ages. These include the special services, such as Christmas and Easter; Scout Parade services for Harvest, Remembrance and Mothering Sunday; and when there is a 5th Sunday, the service is more informal with elements for all ages.
